There is such a wide variance in the way people run. If it works for you and you are not suffering from pain then great. Keep getting after it!  Our goal is to provide all individuals with knowledge to optimize their physical form so that they can exercise fluently and functionally without pain. Whether you enjoy running or not, when it's done right there are so many benefits to it. This summer,  come join us & our running group! 

We are excited to get everyone moving & to answer any questions you might have . 

Whether you are a beginner or a an advanced runner, there will be something for everyone! This is a great way to take advantage of running and meeting new friends. Join us today for the fun and motivation!

The 6 week program is starting May 14. The body analysis and running gait analysis may be covered by your extended health coverage. Just ask us how.
